Cosmo Foundation, in collaboration with Karigaar Clinic, conducted an intensive two-day, 16-hour hands-on business wellness training programme to help rural women entrepreneurs strengthen and grow their enterprises. Bringing together 20 women entrepreneurs, the practical sessions focused on turning everyday business challenges into actionable strategies through guided exercises, demonstrations, and real-time application.

Participants worked hands-on with key aspects of business management, including product costing, identifying hidden expenses, market research, customer profiling, and the Four Ps of Marketing. The training also moved beyond business theory into practical digital application, with participants using their own mobile phones to learn professional product photography, catalogue creation, seasonal product planning, and the creation of social media videos and reels. By learning, practising, and applying these skills during the sessions, the entrepreneurs gained greater confidence to manage their businesses more systematically and explore new markets both offline and online. The programme transformed business learning into practical action—equipping women not just with knowledge, but with the confidence and tools to apply it to their own enterprises.
