Strengthening Literacy, Shaping Futures

On World Literacy Day, Cosmo Foundation, Karjan, in partnership with DIET Vadodara, the Deputy District Continuing Education Officer and Government B.Ed. College, organised an engaging literacy awareness programme around the New India Literacy Programme. Bringing together 46 B.Ed. trainees and MHRM students from MSU Baroda, the initiative used street plays, poster-making, slogan writing to explore digital and financial literacy. The programme highlighted literacy as a pathway to confidence, opportunity and meaningful participation in today’s digital world. Cosmo English Tutor, Cosmo Foundation’s free YouTube-based learning platform, was also introduced as an accessible resource for learners.
