From November 2025 to June 2026, Cosmo Foundation conducted 196 hours of intensive English Communication Classes for 266 youth at Karjan and Gotri ITIs (Industrial Training Institute), bridging a critical gap in professional readiness. Recognizing that technical industry terminology was a major hurdle for students, the curriculum specifically focused on trade-specific vocabulary and practical workplace conversations alongside foundational reading, writing, speaking, and listening exercises. Additionally, the program provided targeted coaching aligned with the GSEB (Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board) pattern for 94 students appearing for the Class 12 English examination, a milestone that grants ITI graduates equivalency to pursue higher education and university degrees. This dual-focused approach  built the  students' confidence, enabling them to confidently navigate modern industrial environments and express themselves more fluently. The initiative culminated in June with a heartfelt farewell ceremony, where graduates received essential career guidance on future employability pathways, marking a significant step forward in their academic and professional journeys.
