Building Strong Roots: ECCE Training in Vadodara

In collaboration with the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Vadodara, Cosmo Foundation conducted an Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) training for 80 Anganwadi workers from Karjan block to strengthen foundational learning. During the month, the Foundation also organized a robust Balmitra training to equip youth volunteers with the knowledge and skills required to effectively support Anganwadis and community-based learning initiatives. The training emphasized storytelling, interactive dialogue, creativity-based learning, traditional games, and the use of local resources to create engaging learning experiences for young children. Through continuous support by Cosmo Balmitras—including bi-weekly activities, parent engagement, Balmela, and digital platforms such as Digi Pathshala and Cosmo English Tutor—the initiative reinforces Cosmo Foundation's commitment to strengthening early childhood education and empowering communities.
