Empowering EV Talents: The Soft Skills Initiative

Cosmo Foundation organized a, orientation and soft skills training session for over 50 students of ISIE-India at CSMSS College in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar enrolled in EV Technician batch. The specialized session initially introduced the students to the Cosmo English Tutor program before focusing heavily on the various types of communication and practical workplace strategies. By equipping these technical students with essential linguistic and interpersonal tools, the initiative enhanced their professional communication capabilities to better prepare them for future career success.
