Future Tech Lab Inaugurated at New High School, Dhoregaon
Cosmo Foundation, in strategic partnership with the Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers (ISIE-India) and New High School, Village: Dhoregaon, Chh. Sambhajinagar, has established a Future Tech Lab. Officially inaugurated by Mr. Sunil Wani, General Manager of Cosmo Films Ltd., Waluj, and Dr. Sojwal Jain, Program Officer at the Z.P. Education Department, the facility is designed to bridge the rural-urban technology gap by equipping young learners with future-ready skills. Through a structured 35-hour experiential curriculum, a pilot cohort of 60 secondary students will gain practical, hands-on exposure to high-demand fields including electric vehicles, solar energy, drones, and robotics.

This collaborative initiative directly aligns with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 by embedding early vocational exposure and Industry 4.0 skills directly into mainstream school education. By leveraging multi-stakeholder partnerships between industry, civil society, and local schools, the lab shifts learning from theoretical instruction to project-based problem solving. Beyond building technical capabilities, the project opens early career orientation pathways, inspiring rural youth to explore emerging technology sectors and drive sustainable community development.
