Cosmo Foundation, in partnership with ISIE-India, conducted specialized Soft Skills Training sessions for the Electric Vehicle (EV) Technician batch, focused on cultivating essential workplace readiness and confidence among participants. The training emphasized crucial areas such as communication skills, professional etiquette, and problem-solving abilities, with sessions expertly facilitated by professionals from Cosmo First Ltd. and Cosmo Foundation to ensure practical, industry-aligned learning. With over 50 students directly benefitting, this initiative represents a focused effort to support the development of a smarter, highly skilled, and future-ready workforce for the emerging EV sector.
