Tech Proficiency: Training of Computer Teachers

To ensure the delivery of high-quality digital education, Cosmo Foundation organized an intensive 10-day, 40-hour capacity-building training program for computer teachers at Karjan. The comprehensive curriculum blended organizational orientation and level-wise technical training with practical demonstration designed for accuracy in classroom delivery and teaching methodologies. A rigorous post-training skills assessment through written test, practical test and teaching demo session highlighted the program's success, revealing the educators demonstrated significant improvement in technical proficiency, and readiness to lead modern digital classrooms.
