Capacity Building: From Language Practice to Classroom Impact

To strengthen English proficiency and refine classroom instruction, Cosmo Foundation conducts regular study circles for educators within its English Education Program. As part of this ongoing initiative, a focused four-day, six-hour in-house Study Circle was organized for 50 teachers and Balmitras across Gujarat and Maharashtra. The practical sessions prioritized hands-on language development, covering key topics such as five types of sentence conversions, action words, simple present tense applications, and active communication practices. Through interactive activities and collaborative exercises, participants built strong linguistic confidence while acquiring dynamic strategies to make English learning more engaging for their students.
