Mr. Ashok Jaipuria
Chairman of Board of Trustees, Cosmo Foundation
A first generation entrepreneur with over forty years of experience in the corporate world, Mr. Ashok Jaipuria is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Cosmo Films Limited. He is a former member of the Board of Governors (BoG) of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Indore and an independent Director on the Board of Hindustan Sanitary ware. He has also served as an Executive Committee member of the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and a former member of the BoG of IIT Patna and the Institute of Liver and Bellary Sciences. He holds a degree in Associate of Arts in Business Administration and diploma in Marketing Science.
Ms. Yamini Kumar Jaipuria
Managing Trustee, Cosmo Foundation
Mrs. Yamini Jaipuria has a rich experience of over 18 years with General Electric (GE) for almost 18 years as the Vice President, Human Resources for GE Capital Europe, Asia and India. While in the role, she also spearheaded GE volunteers- the philanthropic arm of GE for the Asia Pacific region, and the diversity initiative for GE India called ‘The Women’s Network’. In addition, she is the India member of the International Fair Play Committee which works under the auspices of the United Nations and the International Olympic committee.She has also been conferred with The Indian Achievers Clubs 50 under 50 acclaim 2020 and selected as one of the Wonder Women of Delhi. She has done her Master's in International Relations from the London School of Economics, UK & MBA from the American College London, UK.

Ambrish Jaipuria is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Cosmo Ferrites Ltd. He is a graduate from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Anil Jain
Trustee, Cosmo Foundation
Mr. Jain has over four decades of experience in Finance, Accounts and General Management functions with Mawana Sugars, A.F Ferguson & Co and National Mineral Development Corporation. Currently, he is the Director of Corporate Affairs at Cosmo Films. Mr. Jain holds a Commerce degree from Meerut University and an AICWA from ICWAI. He is also a Certified Information System Auditor from Information System Audit and Control Association, USA.
Mr. Maheshwar Sahu (IAS)
Trustee, Cosmo Foundation
Mr. Maheshwar Sahu has served the Government of India and Government of Gujarat in various capacities for more than three decades. His career span includes more than 20 years of service in the industry and 10 years of active involvement in PSU management. He had worked for over 3 years in United Nations Industrial Development Organization. Mr. Sahu holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Public Administration from University of Birmingham, UK.
Mr. Murali Rao
Trustee, Cosmo Foundation
Mr. Murali has over three decades of experience in Corporate Relations, Administration, General Management functions & Special Projects, having worked with HT Media Limited, University Grants Commission (UGC) & Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited in the past. Currently, he is the Senior Manager – Corporate Affairs of Cosmo Films. Mr. Murali is qualified in MBA (HR). He did his post graduation in Public & Personnel Management & undergraduation in English Literature.

Mr. Anil Wadhwa
CSR Committee Chairman, Cosmo Films
Mr. Anil Wadhwa is an ex-member of the Indian Foreign Services. He has served as Indian Ambassador to Poland, Lithuania, Sultanate of Oman, Thailand, Italy and San Marino. He has also served as a Permanent Representative of India to the Rome-based UN Agencies—FAO, IFAD and WFP. He was Secretary (East) in the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi from 2014-2016 looking after South-East Asia, Australasia and Pacific, Gulf and West Asian regions. He was also the leader of the Senior officials to all meetings of ASEAN, ASEM, ACD, Arab League, Mekong-Ganga Cooperation, ARF and East Asia Summit. He holds a Master’s Degree in History with specialization in Chinese History and Medieval Indian History and Architecture.

Ms. Alpana Parida has more than two decades of experience in retail and marketing communications in the US and India. She has served as the Head of Marketing with Tanishq, a prominent jewelery brand in India. She conducts branding workshops for large corporate houses. Mrs. Alpana Parida graduated from IIM-Ahmeadabad in 1985 and has a degree in Economics from St. Stephens, Delhi University.
