Cosmo Girls Education Empowerment Programs

Successfully running in 23 Indian states at present, this prestigious program empowers girls (Shalinis) from the underprivileged community with fellowship, mentorship, training & exposure. We provide a complete 5-year support to the shortlisted girls enrolled under this program with an aim to make them independent.

Every year, 30 girls are selected on the basis of 10th class merit and performance in NAT (Need, Ambition & Talent) test. We mentor them  for life skills and provide them employability workshops such that they develop a sense of giving back to society. They are encouraged to seek employment after completion of their graduation or study further. We train them to become socially, economically & emotionally independent.
